My wife and I first Met Teresa at the height of the Covid pandemic. We were looking for something to buy but after looking at many apartments and not finding anything suitable, we decided to rent Teresa’s unit at Los Palmares. Five months into the yearlong contract, an apartment came up for sale and Teresa sealed the deal for us. On the morning of the closing, Edgardo assisted us with a final walk through inspection. Unfortunately, there were a couple of items missing from the condo. Edgardo stood firm with the sellers’ realtors during closing requiring the sellers to honor the contract for sale. We appreciated his knowledge, professionalism, optimism, and congeniality.
